The Chi-Town Express plays competitive fastpitch softball throughout Northern Illinois and the Midwest. In 2008 we will have teams competing at the 10U, 12U (2), 14U(2) , 16U(3) and 18U levels. As members of the ASA, AFA & NSA softball associations, each year we compete in several local and national qualifier events.
 
The goal of the Chi-Town Express program is to teach the proper fundamentals of fastpitch softball to young players while preparing them for their High School and College careers. The program is for girls (and their parents) who are serious about taking their game to the next level while having fun doing it.
 
The Chi-Town Express organization utilizes coaches who have experience at the high school and college levels. We are 100% committed to developing the skills of every Express player. We work in the fall and throughout the winter at a number of indoor training facilities where all of our players learn the proper way to play the game of fastpitch softball. We understand that softball is now a year round sport and we want to give the Express girls every advantage for their future. We also have additional sessions each week for core training, speed enhancement and the revolutionary No Limits! Mental Performance Training.
 
The Express was formed in June of 2002 and went undefeated in their inaugural season with a record of 15-0. In 2003, we continued that success winning several tournaments and finishing ninth in the NSA World Series; quite an accomplishment for our first full season. In 2004, all of our teams exceeded our expectations and finished very high in their respective national tournaments. In 2005 and 2006, our 10U team won the NSA State championship; also in 2005 our 12U Black finished 25th out of 90 at ASA Nationals, finshed 7th at the Hall of Fame Classic in Oklahoma City and finished 13th out of 80 at the NSA World Series. Our 10U, 12 Black and 14U Black all finsihed in the championship of the ASA Metro tourney, a feat never accomplished before. In 2006 our 10U won 7 tournaments in a row en route to placing in the top ten in both the NSA and ASA World Series. Our 2006 12U teams won a combined 7 tournaments with the 12U Black team winning the NSA State championship. 14U did almost as well, placing in the top three over a dozen times. In 2006 our eight teams won a total of 35 tournament championships and finished second an additional 29 times. In 2007 our 14U Silver finished in the championship of 9 tournaments and at one point in the season they rattled off 32 victories in a row! They also finished 4th out of 39 teams in the ASA Metro Championship. Our 16U Black won the NSA Illinois State Championship. Our 12U Black won six tournaments championships and finished 2nd at the ASA Metro Championship and 2nd at the NSA Illinois State Championship. Our 18U Black won the championship of the prestigious 16th Annual Cincinnati Sluggerfest.
