Chi-Town Express is a girls fastpitch softball organization
that serves to provide an avenue where young women can develop their self-confidence,
gain leadership abilities, improve their athletic skills, and gain every advantage
for a college education. We are located in Burr Ridge, Illinois, a western suburb
of Chicago.

16U Black vs Southern Rippers White - Lost game 3 to 2
|
The Chi-Town Express 16U Black team played the Southern Rippers White in the Lady Vols Exposure Tournament in Carbondale, IL.
Defensive lapses cost Chi-Town the game, ruining a great pitched game by Amanda Foy, who only allowed 1 earned run.
Nicole Beck and Kelly Bishop each had an RBI, while Angela Roeback, Katie Baker, and Katie Popvich each had 2 hits in the loss.
In spite of the loss and the defensive breakdowns, there were still some defensive gems that make the game worth watching.
