Chi-Town Express - Tryout Form

Chi-Town Express is a girls fastpitch softball organization that serves to provide an avenue where young women can develop their self-confidence, gain leadership abilities, improve their athletic skills, and gain every advantage for a college education. We are located in Burr Ridge, Illinois, a western suburb of Chicago.

The Chi-Town Express will be entering its 8th season and will be conducting their tryouts for the 2009 (fall)-2010 season!

We celebrate our Chi-Town Express 16U Silver as 2009 ASA Chicago Metro Champions!!! We wish all of our teams the best of luck as they head off to nationals.

ALL tryouts will be held at Gower Middle School at 7941 S Madison in Burr Ridge, IL
Tryout Dates:
Tuesday August 4th
10U, 12U, 14U 5:15pm to 7:30pm
16U & 18U 6:15pm to 8:30pm

Wednesday August 5th
10U, 12U, 14U 5:15pm to 7:30pm
16U & 18U 6:15pm to 8:30pm

Thursday August 6th
10U, 12U, 14U 5:15pm to 7:30pm
16U & 18U 6:15pm to 8:30pm

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled time to register.

It is recommended you attend all three days or a minimum of two of the above dates. If you have any questions you can send an email to CoachMike@ChiTownExpress.com. You will know by Friday August 7th or during tryouts if you have been selected to play for the Chi-Town Express. As always, we are looking for players with desire and strong work ethic with the commitment to be their best physically and mentally along with supportive parents who are looking to make the organization better.

The Chi-Town Express is recognized nationally as one of the top fastpitch softball programs in the country and consistently ranks among the best teams in Illinois at every age group. The Chi-Town 16U Silver captured the ASA Chicago Metro ‘A’ Championship this season and our 2008 12U & 14U teams won the ASA Metro ‘A’ Championships! Chi-Town has won over 250 tournament championships including regional and national events during its existence. 100% of our graduating 18U players are now playing college softball.

We do not recruit players but our tryouts are open to any player who has a desire to play for Chi-Town. Returning Chi-Town players understand that everything is earned and they welcome the challenge from incoming players who also want to be their best.
